Asuman
Finding meaning through craftsmanship, my mother Asuman puts her sewing know-how acquired since her youth to good use every day in her workshop in Akhisar for more than 20 years, improving her skills inherited from her grandmother, who was also a seamstress.
After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Textile Design, she worked in various factories and workshops in Turkiye and abroad. In addition to the exhibitions she participates as a fiber artist, she continues her work by designing costumes for theaters and shows.
