If you provide the correct measurements, you greatly reduce the likelihood that your garment will not fit you properly but we understand that human error can occur.

We ask for your understanding as well if this were to happen on our account.

About Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke nature of our made to measure products we cannot resell them to another customer.

Therefore, we can only accept return alterations in the event an item is faulty or has not been made in accordance with the order.

All of our garments are made to order, these items are handmade and produced by us, just for you.

We strongly recommend that you double check your order to ensure that the products ordered and measurements taken are correct.

Alteration Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your garment and it does not fit, we are happy to pay for shipping and work on the item to ensure it fits you perfectly.

 

We know these clothes so well and we will be able to work with you to ensure it's right!

All you need to do is send us an e-mail to irmak@anakaya.shop with the subject “ALTERATION” to organize your alteration process. We will contact you within 24 hours.

Things to consider for the alteration process:

Products returned for alterations must be in their original condition, unworn except for trial purposes, unaltered and unwashed.

ANAKAYA cannot be held responsible if you dislike the color or any other feature of the product and will not be elligible for alteration.

Alterations must be requested within 7 business days of receiving your item and returned to us within 10 days of alteration confirmation.

If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your item for alteration. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches us safely. We will always keep you updated and informed on the status of your garment.

If, for any reason, you want to make changes immediately after placing the order, please call us. Please note that this is not guaranteed, as the order may have already gone into production.
