All of our garments are made to order, these items are handmade and produced by us, just for you.
If you provide the correct measurements, you greatly reduce the likelihood that your garment will not fit you properly but we understand that human error can occur.
We ask for your understanding as well if this were to happen on our account.
Due to the bespoke nature of our made to measure products we cannot resell them to another customer.
Therefore, we can only accept return alterations in the event an item is faulty or has not been made in accordance with the order. We'll be happy to work with you to make adjustments until the garment you purchased fits you perfectly.
We strongly recommend that you double check your order to ensure that the products ordered and measurements taken are correct. You should always reach out to us to know more details about the product if needed.

Alteration Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your garment and it does not fit, we are happy to pay for shipping and work on the item to ensure it fits you perfectly.
We know these clothes so well and we will be able to work with you to ensure it's right!
