Within 24 hours of ordering an item we will contact you via email with detailed measuring instructions.

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed measurement instructions and we will contact you personally within 24 hours. Therefore, it is important that you enter your contact information correctly during the purchase process.

Due to the bespoke nature of our made to measure products we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you receive your garment and it does not fit, we are happy to pay for shipping and work on the item to ensure it fits you perfectly.
